I’m Andrea (Ann-dree-uh) Kohatsu.

I’m a Bay Area transplant from the strawberry fields of Salinas, California. I studied Graphic Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, and by the time graduation came around, I wasn’t quite ready to leave right away. I’ve lived in San Francisco (Ocean Beach and Nob Hill districts), Walnut Creek, and Oakland, but I’ve called Berkeley home for last few years.

Though my professional design experience primarily includes branding, marketing, illustrating and video producing, some of my passion projects include photography, mixed-media painting, hand lettering and projects for friends and family.

When I’m not doing something creative, you can almost guarantee I’m playing with my dog Lucca, or playing Overwatch.
